The clean, spacious room featured a comfortable bed and a great city view from the balcony. Breakfast offered a decent spread, ideal for fueling a day of exploring. However, the carpet had noticeable stains, and the absence of a proper restaurant and room service was disappointing. While the bathroom was functional, some maintenance issues were apparent, affecting the overall experience.

the bed was quite firm and uncomfortable, and the 'glamorous' bathrooms featured sliding glass doors that hardly closed. as a solo traveler, i expected a much better experience from a brand like Eurostars, but alas, no complimentary treats were waiting. i almost felt inclined to leave a good review, but i just couldn't!

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport stops, making it easy to access the city center and explore various attractions.

generous in-room coffee supplies, convenient bus stop outside, modern bathroom fixtures
The lack of a true bar atmosphere leaves the place feeling a bit lifeless!!! More character in design would elevate the experience, along with better maintenance of the carpets!!! Also, a proper restaurant would enhance dining options!!!

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is just a short walk from the State Opera House and the Spanish Riding School, making sightseeing easy. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was top-notch, with plenty of options. The location feels calm, away from the bustle, but still close to shops and restaurants. It’s perfect for exploring!
We had a bit of trouble finding parking for our larger car, which meant using nearby public parking. It was just a short walk, but it added a little hassle to our arrival.

We had a lovely time exploring nearby attractions, especially the State Opera House, which was just a quick bus ride away. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast selection was awesome, making our mornings feel special. Staying here with our adult children was wonderful.
My wife says that the parking situation is quite limited and tricky for larger vehicles.

My stay at Eurostars was pleasant, with exceptional aspects including the excellent breakfast that featured a diverse selection of baked goods, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. The hotel's location offers great access to various amenities, including a supermarket and several neighboring restaurants. Additionally, the bus stop right outside made getting around seamlessly easy, connecting to various attractions in Vienna.
The room amenities were somewhat basic and lacked a boiler for hot drinks.

okay stay with room for improvement
The location was great, close to a bus station and the metro line that made getting to the city center easy. Reception staff were friendly, which made check-in smooth. The breakfast included a lovely variety that fueled our busy days exploring. There’s even a fitness center that allowed me to maintain my routine while traveling, which is a big plus.
The room felt a bit plain and lacked character despite being comfortable.

Great Stay with an Amazing Breakfast
I recently spent 4 nights in a Double Room and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide range of pastries, hot dishes, and fresh fruit that truly set me up for the day. Plus, the location had a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient for getting around the city. However, the room could use better amenities, as I found it a bit plain and lacked some comforts like a boiler for hot drinks.

I had an awesome stay in a cozy junior suite that was super clean and warm for winter. The hotel had a nice fitness center and a relaxing rooftop terrace for unwinding after a long day exploring. The only downside was that the hot water took a bit longer to come on, but that didn’t ruin my fun! 😊
